During my August 31, 2009 phone conversation with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Manager, Medical Appeals Branch James R. DeVoll M.D., MPH; I asked Dr. DeVoll if I should apply for another FAA First Class Medical Certificate. Dr. James R. DeVoll M.D., MPH, directed me NOT to apply for another FAA Medical Certificate. Dr. DeVoll asked me to give him a week to process my case.

On September 5, 2009, I received FAA Manager, Medical Appeals Branch James R. DeVoll’s Certified Letter (7005 1160 0001 0046 0935), dated September 2, 2009. The letter is posted below this paragraph.

During the month of September 2009, FAA Dr. James R. DeVoll failed to send further written, or verbal instructions.
During my October 2, 2009, phone conversation; Dr. DeVoll said he “has other cases” with “current applications.”
I responded to the FAA’s written and verbal requests in August 2009, and took FAA Dr. James R. DeVoll at his word. FAA Dr. DeVoll lied. On October 2, 2009, I asked Dr. DeVoll to put his October 2009 response in writing. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Manager, Medical Appeals Branch James R. DeVoll M.D., MPH, refused to respond in writing.

On October 20, 2009, President/Commander in Chief/Constitutional Lawyer Barack Obama received my Legal Written Response to the FAA’s October 2, 2009 decision.
